Pengalaman Pasien Ulkus Kaki Diabetik Terkait Dukungan Keluarga Di Klinik Kitamura Pontianak
Abstract
Latar Belakang: Dukungan keluarga merupakan sumber motivasi untuk ulkus kaki diabetik. Dukungan keluarga dapat mencakup dukungan informasi, dukungan emosional, dukungan instrumental atau dukungan penilaian. Dukungan keluarga juga dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan pasien luka kaki diabetik dengan rejimen terapeutik.
Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengalaman pasien luka kaki diabetik yang berhubungan dengan dukungan keluarga
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif fenomenologis. Pemilihan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling, yaitu berjumlah 6 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara semi-terstruktur.
Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pasien luka kaki penderita diabetes di klinik Kitamura Pontianak mendapatkan formulir melalui direct dan indirect. Pasien juga memiliki harapan dan kenyataan yang tercermin seperti fakta dukungan dan perasaan cemas yang dirasakan. Dukungan yang diberikan oleh keluarga dan lingkungan dalam berbagai cara seperti informasi yang diberikan oleh keluarga berdampak pada perubahan pada responden.
Kesimpulan: Pasien di klinik Kitamura Pontianak memiliki dukungan keluarga seperti dukungan langsung dan tidak langsung, dan memiliki harapan dukungan dan realitas dukungan yang mempengaruhi responden karena keluarga dan lingkungan yang mendukung, informasi yang diterima untuk menyebabkan perubahan perilaku pada responden.

Abstract
Background: Family support is a source of motivation for diabetic foot ulcers. Family support can include information support, emotional support, instrumental support or assessment support. Family support can also affect the adherence of diabetic foot wound patients to therapeutic regimens.
Objective: This study aimed to explore the experiences of diabetic foot wound patients related to family support
Method: This research is a phenomenological qualitative research. Selection of respondents used purposive sampling method, which amounted to 6 respondents. Data collection uses semi-structured interview methods.
Results: The results of this study indicated that diabetic foot wound patients at the Kitamura Pontianak clinic get the form through direct and indirect. Patients also have expectations and realities that are reflected such as the fact of support and feelings of anxiety felt. Support provided by families and the environment in a variety of ways such as information provided by the family has an impact on the changes in the respondents.
Conclusion: Patients at the Kitamura Pontianak clinic have family support such as direct and indirect support, and have support expectations and the reality of support that affects respondents because of the family and supportive environment, information received to cause behavior changes in the respondents.
Suggestion: Health services can provide maximum support to respondents and families. This study can be extended to studies such as social, spiritual and internal aspects of respondents.
