Respon Gejala Terhadap Keterlambatan Prehospital Pada Pasien Dengan Infark Miokard Akut

Abstract


Latar Belakang: Keterlambatan prehospital  pada pasien dengan infark miokard akut terjadi karena pasien mungkin merasakan gejala yang dirasa bias. Rata-rata waktu pasien tiba ke rumah sakit setelah munculnya gejala adalah 3 jam keterlambatan.

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan respon gejala terhadap keterlambatan prehospital pada pasien dengan infark miokard akut di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.

Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional pada 34 pasien dan keluarga pasien di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini dilakukan sejak 9 Desember 2017 sampai 6 Januari 2018 dengan kuesioner Response to Symptom Questionnaire.

Hasil: Hasil analisis dari 34 responden respon gejala pasien didapatkan nilai rata-rata total skor adalah 34,41 (SD 5,758). Keterlambatan prehospital didapatkan hasil dari 34 responden dengan nilai rata-rata menit adalah 825,74 atau >13 jam (SD 1213,92). Diketahui nilai signifikansi respon gejala dengan keterlambatan prehospital sebesar (p=0,366).

Simpulan: Tidak ada korelasi atau hubungan antara respon gejala terhadap keterlambatan prehospital pada pasien dengan infark miokard akut di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.

Background: Pre hospital delay in patients with acute myocardial infarction occurs because patients may experience symptoms that are considered biased. The average time the patient arrives to the hospital after the onset of symptoms is 3 hours of delay

Purpose: The aim this study is to determine the relation of symptomatic response to pre hospital delay in patients with acute myocardial infarction at RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin.This study used with cross-sectional design in 34 patients and patient families at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. This study was conducted from 9 December 2017 to 6 January 2018 with a Response to Symptom Questionnaire.

Result: From 34 respondent patient symptom response got average score total score is 34,41 (SD 5,758). Pre hospital delay was obtained from 34 respondents with mean value of minutes was 825,74 or> 13 hours (SD 1213,92). Known significance of symptom response with pre hospital delay (p = 0.366).

Conclusion: There was no correlation or association between symptomatic response to pre hospital delay in patients with acute myocardial infarction at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin.
