PENGARUH TINGKAT PENDIDIKAN TERHADAP PEMBERIAN ASI EKSKLUSIF PADA WANITA YANG MENIKAH USIA DINI DI KABUPATEN TULUNGAGUNG
Abstract
Latarbelakang: ASI Eksklusif secara ringkas dikatakan sebagai pemberian ASI saja dengan tidak diikuti pemberian makanan serta minuman lainnya hingga usia bayi enam bulan. Pemberian ASI eksklusif di Jawa Timur tahun sejak tahun 2017 memiliki persentase yang terus mengalami kenaikan sampai dengan tahun 2020 dengan persentase 79% kemudian mengalami penurunan tahun 2021 yaitu sebesar 72%. Kabupaten Tulungagung sendiri angka cakupan ASI eksklusif masih dibawah rata-rata nasional yaitu pada tahun 2020 persentase sebesar 61,4 % dan ditahun 2021 sebesar 68 %.
Tujuan: Untuk Mengetahui penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pendidikan dan pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada wanita yang menikah Usia dini di Kabupaten Tulungagung Tahun 2023.
Metode:Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sample sebanyak 92 wanita yang menikah usia dibawah 19 Tahun.
Hasil: penelitian menunjukan bahwa wanita yang menikah pada usia dini lebih dominan berpendidikan rendah yaitu sebanyak 78 responden (84,7%) dan tidak memberikan ASI Eksklusif sebanyak 80 responden (83,3). Hasil bivariat yaitu p value= 0,001
Kesimpulan: adanya pengaruh Pendidikan dan pemberian ASI Eksklusif pada wanita yang menikah Usia dini di Kabupaten Tulungagung Tahun 2023.
The Effect of Education Level on Exclusive Breastfeeding in Early Married Women in Tulungagung Regency
Background: Exclusive breastfeeding is briefly said to be the provision of breast milk alone with no other food and drink until the age of six months. Exclusive breastfeeding in East Java since 2017 has a percentage that continues to increase until 2020 with a percentage of 79% then decreases in 2021 which is 72%. Tulungagung Regency itself has an exclusive breastfeeding coverage rate that is still below the national average, namely in 2020 the percentage is 61.4% and in 2021 it is 68%.
Objective: To know this study is to determine the effect of education and exclusive breastfeeding on women who married at an early age in Tulungagung Regency in 2023.
Methods: The type of research used was observational analytic research with a cross sectional approach and sampling using purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 92 women who married under 19 years of age.
Results: The study showed that women who married at an early age were more dominant in low education, namely 78 respondents (84.7%) and did not provide exclusive breastfeeding as many as 80 respondents (83.3). The bivariate results are p value = 0.001
Conclusion: there is an effect of education and exclusive breastfeeding in women who marry at an early age in Tulungagung Regency in 2023.
