FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEPATUHAN PENGOBATAN PADA PASIEN TUBERCULOSIS (TB) MULTIDRUGS RESISTANT (MDR): LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Latar Belakang : WHO memprediksi prevalensi TB MDR kurang lebih total kasus sebanyak 440.000 per tahun di dunia dan angka kematian yang cukup tinggi yaitu sekitar 150.000. Indonesia menduduki rangking ke 8 dari 27 negara–negara yang mempunyai beban tinggi dan prioritas kegiatan untuk TB MDR/XDR. Beban TB MDR di 27 negara ini menyumbang 85% dari beban TB MDR global. Kepatuhan pasien dalam melakukan pengobatan memegang peranan penting dalam keberhasilan pengobatan tuberkulosis karena dapat menimbulkan resistensi terhadap kuman tuberkulosis sehingga obat anti tuberkulosis (OAT) tidak dapat mencegah penyebaran penyakit tuberkulosis atau disebut Multi Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB).

TUJUAN  : Tujuan dari literature review ini untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien Tuberculosis (TB) Multidrugs Resistant (MDR).

METODE : Literatue ini menggunakan pencarian online menggunakan data base yang digunakan penulis antara lain yaitu PubMed,  Wiley Online Library, Science Direct Google Schoolar dengan batasan tahun publikasi 5 tahun terakhir yaitu dari tahun 2015 sampai 2020. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian literarut yaitu “Medication Adherence” AND “Tuberculosis MDR Patient” AND “faktors” AND “multi drugs resistant”.

HASIL : Penelusuran awal mendapatkan hasil artikel sejumlah 7.135 yang menunjukkan korelasi tinggi terhadap topik yang akan direview. Hasil akhir artikel yang memenuhi syarat sejumlah 14 artikel kemudian disintesis dan dikaji kualitasnya dengan tools yaitu Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI).

Kesimpulan :  Faktor kepatuhan pengobatan pada literature yang sudah direview  antara lain faktor lingkungan, faktor individu, faktor demografik, faktor interpersonal, faktor ekonomi.
