Manifestasi Klinis Pasien Covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Perluasan Covid-19 Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah

Abstract


 

Latar Belakang: Pentingnya pengetahuan tentang manifestasi klinis pasien yang terinfeksi virus covid-19 sebagai dasar dalam pengenalan dan usaha pencegahan penularan virus terhadap orang lain yang berada dilingkungan terdekat pasien. Isolasi mandiri atau isolasi dengan perawatan di rumah sakit dan penerapan perilaku menggunakan masker, menjaga jarak, mencuci tangan, menjadi pilihan yang harus segera dijalani oleh pasien beserta masyarakat, maka penularan virus covid 19 dapat ditekan semaksimal mungkin.

Tujuan: Penelitian untuk mengetahui manifestasi klinis pasien covid-19 di Rumah Sakit Perluasan Covid-19 Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.

Metode Penelitian: Analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Accidental sampling yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei – Juni 2020.

Hasil: Manifestasi klinis pasien dengan hipertermi sebanyak 15 pasien (30%), anosmia sebanyak 5 pasien (10%), malaise sebanyak 7 pasien (14%), batuk kering sebanyak 26 pasien (52%), myalgia sebanyak 3 pasien (6%), anoreksia sebanyak 1 pasien (2%), sesak napas sebanyak 9 pasien (18%), tanpa gejala sebanyak 14 pasien (28%), diare sebanyak 1 pasien (2%), mual-muntah sebanyak 3 pasien (6%).

Kesimpulan: Manifestasi klinis pasien Covid-19 didominasi dengan keluhan batuk kering sebanyak 26 pasien (52%), sedangkan keluhan pasien paling sedikit adalah diare dan anoreksia sebanyak 1 pasien (2%).
