Analisis Kekambuhan Skizofrenia Berdasarkan Perawatan Berbasis Keluarga

Abstract


Latar Belakang : Kekambuhan skizofrenia merupakan tantangan besar bagi penyedia layanan kesehatan mental. Tidak sedikit para penderita harus menjalani proses perawatan ulang. Kekambuhan penderita skizofrenia tentu membawa dampak besar bagi beberapa kalangan, seperti penderita sendiri, keluarga sebagai care giver, sektor pelayanan kesehatan mental dan ekonomi. Perawatan berbasis keluarga yang kurang maksimal merupakan salah satu penyebab kambuhnya anggota keluarga dengan skizofrenia.

Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merivew evidance tentang faktor penyebab kekambuhan skizofrenia dilihat dari sudut pandang perawatan berbasis keluarga.

Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur dengan menggunakan bebarapa sumber yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah di tetapkan peneliti.

Hasil: Dari 20 literatur yang ditemukan ada beberapa faktor penyebab kambuhnya penderita skizofrenia diantaranya Stigma dari lingkungan sosial, adanya perasaan stres dan emosi didalam memberikan perawatan, adanya beban dan masalah ekonomi keluarga, serta adanya ketidakpatuhan didalam menjalani pengobatan.

Kesimpulan: Faktor stres, emosi dan stigma masih manjadi penyebab tertinggi kambuhnya penderita skizofrenia, sehingga perlu adanya kontribusi dan kerjasama antara keluarga dan masyarakat dalam mendukung perawatan, pelayanan dan evaluasi hasil pengobatan selama berada dilingkungan sosial.

Background: Schizophrenia recurrence is a major challenge for mental health service
providers. Not a few patients must undergo a process of re-treatment. The recurrence of
schizophrenia is certainly a big impact for some people, such as patients themselves, families as
caregiver, mental health and economic services sector. Family-less care is less than the
maximum is one cause of recurrence of family members with schizophrenia.

Objective: This study aims to derive evidence of factors causing schizophrenia recurrence seen from the point of view of family-based care.

Methods: This study uses a literature study approach by using several sources selected based
on the criteria that have been set, researchers.

Results: From 20 kinds of literature found there are several factors causing the recurrence of schizophrenia among others Stigma from the social environment, the feeling of stress and emotion in providing care, the burden, and the family economic problems, and the noncompliance in undergoing treatment.

Conclusions: Stress, emotion, and stigma factors are still the highest cause of the recurrence of
schizophrenia so that the need for contribution and cooperation between family and society in
support of care, service, and evaluation of treatment result during social environment.
