Pengetahuan Pasien Dan Keluarga Terhadap Keterlambatan Prehospital Pada Pasien Sindrom Koroner Akut

Abstract


Latar Belakang: Pada Januari -September 2017 rata-rata jumlah pasien yang datang ke IGD RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin dengan penyakit jantung adalah 151 orang tiap bulannya. Hasil wawancara kepada beberapa keluarga pasien didapatkan bahwa mereka datang ke RS sudah beberapa jam bahkan ada yang setelah satu minggu dari serangan awal yang dirasakan oleh pasien. 

Tujuan: untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan keluarga terhadap keterlambatan prehospital pada pasien Sindrom Koroner Akut. 

Metode: desain penelitian ini cross sectional dengan teknik pengambilan data non probability sampling jenis accidental sampling, dilakukan kepada 34 responden yang dirawat di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin dari 9 Desember 2017 - 6 Januari 2018. Kuisioner digunakan ACS Response Index untuk menilai pengetahuan pasien dan keluarga tentang gejala SKA. Hubungan antara pengetahuan dan keterlambatan prehospital dianalisis dengan uji Korelasi Spearman. 

Hasil: tidak terdapat hubungan pengetahuan dengan keterlambatan prehospital pada pasien dengan SKA di RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin dengan hasil p value > 0,05 (0,793 > 0,05).

Background: In January to September 2017 showed average number of patients coming to ED RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin with heart disease is 151 people per month. Results of interviews to several families of patients ACS, they come to the hospital already several hours and a week after the initial attack felt by the patient. 

Objectives: to determine the relationship of patients and family knowledge with pre hospital delay in patients with ACS. 

Method: design of this study is cross sectional with non-probability sampling that was accidental sampling method, conducted on 34 respondents who are treated in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin from December 9, 2017 to January 6, 2018. Instrument used is the ACS Response Index questionnaire to assess the knowledge patients and families about signs and symptoms of ACS. Relationship between knowledge and pre hospital delay was analyzed by the Spearman Correlation test. 

Results: there was no correlation between knowledge with pre hospital delay in patients Acute Coronary Syndrome in RSUD Ulin Banjarmasin with p value > 0,05 (0,793> 0,05).
