PENGARUH DEPTH SUCTION dan SHALLOW SUCTION TERHADAP PERUBAHAN HEMODINAMIK PADA PASIEN DENGAN ENDOTRACHEAL TUBE DI RUANG ICU RSUD ULIN BANJARMASIN

Abstract


Latar Belakang: Endotracheal Suction (ETS) bertujuan untuk menjaga jalan napas pasien tetap bersih dengan menggunakan tekanan negatif (Restrepo et al., 2010) dan merupakan prosedur rutin untuk pasien yang dirawat di ICU. AARC (2010) menyebutkan bahwa shallow suction lebih direkomendasikan untuk meminimalkan resiko invasif pada pasien. Namun, pada penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Abbasinia, et al. (2014), jumlah tindakan suction pada kelompok yang dilakukan dengan metode deep suction lebih sedikit karena mampu membersihkan sekret lebih banyak, sehingga frekwensi tindakan ETS yang diterima pasien setiap harinya lebih sedikit dibanding shallow suction.
Tujuan: penelitian ini buntuk mengetahui pengaruh depth suction dan shallow suction terhadap perubahan hemodinamik.

Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian quasi eksperiment desain per-post test terhadap 20 responden yang kumpulkan dengan consecutive sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan dependent test dan independen T test.
Hasil: Tidak terdapat perubahan hemodinamik pada depth suction. Namun, terdapat perubahan tekanan darah sistolik dan MAP (p < 0,05) pada shallow suction. Tidak menunjukkan perubahan hemodinamik yng bermakna pada kedua kelompok.
Simpulan: tehnik Depth dan shallow suction tidak mempengaruhi perubahan nilai hemodinamik pasien dengan ETT. Saran: tindakan depth suction dapat dilakukan pada pasien dengan ETT karena tidak merubah hemodinamik.
